Custom Floral Arrangements & Services: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once production or preparation has begun.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet started.
Event Bookings: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
8. Additional Policies
Event Rentals
For event rental items, a 50% deposit is due upon booking, and the remaining 50% is due upon inspection of the rental items.
Items damaged beyond regular wear and tear are the responsibility of the client, who will be required to pay for the damaged items.
Event Styling
We want you to be completely satisfied with your event styling. Please ensure any style or colour changes are made at least 2 months before the event date.
We can always add or remove elements, but many preparations (such as sourcing or purchasing items) are made well in advance of your event.
Subscriptions
Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance if you would like a specific colour or style for your next refresh.
If no specific request is made, a unique creative style chosen by us will be presented for your next refresh.
